HR Perspectives: How Leadership Drives Success In Organizations
On
the occasion of the 18th PIIE GMM held on July 26, 2002
in the Dusit Hotel Nikko, Mr. Raymund Caesar S. Soberano
- Human Resources Manager of Kraft Foods (Phils.) Inc gave
a talk on "HR Perspectives: How Leadership Drives Success
In Organizations". and how Human Resource Development
in the multinational food giant has progressed in the Philippines.
He emphasized the role of corporate leadership in defining
HR priorities and how the most important resource - PEOPLE
- can be harnessed to meld in and contribute to the success
of the enterprise. In addition to the talk, the 18th General
Membership Meeting witnessed the signing of the Memorandum
of Agreement between the PIIE and Jobstreet Philippines
which would make available to PIIE members the facilities
of the placement firm for the availability of jobs for IEs.
