Corazon de los Reyes-Romero of the Philippine Technological
Council for her Presentation in the 21st PIIE General
Membership Meeting at the Mandarin Oriental Hotel on April
25, 2003. Acccompanying Engineer Romero was Engineer Enrico
C, Nera, the PTC Vice President who explained to
our members the accreditation scheme put into effect in
the APEC region.
